RPM Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use rpmdetailing.vip, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect information you provide directly when you book a service or create an account:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number
  • Address: service location or billing address where applicable
  • Vehicle information: make, model, size, and condition details
  • Booking details: requested date, time, service type, and any notes
  • Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name and email address
  • Review content: if you submit a review, we store your name, rating, and written feedback

We also collect limited technical data automatically:

  • Pages visited and general usage patterns (no cross-site tracking)
  • Browser type and device type (for compatibility)
  • Authentication/session data, including cookies or local storage needed for account features

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, sell your data, or share your information for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and confirm your appointment
  • Send appointment reminders, confirmations, and status updates via SMS (with your consent - see Section 3)
  • Respond to questions or customer service requests
  • Maintain records of services performed on your vehicle
  • Improve our booking system and website
  • Display verified customer reviews publicly (author name and review content only - no contact info)

3. SMS & Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request, you expressly consent to receive service-related text messages from RPM Detailing at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
  • Status updates (confirmed, rescheduled, completed)
  • A one-time review request after service is completed

Message frequency: Typically 2-4 messages per booking (confirmation, reminder, completion).

Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to book or use our services.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may decline SMS and still book appointments online.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS communications are facilitated by Twilio (a third-party messaging provider). Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and booking system:

  • Supabase - database and authentication infrastructure. Your booking and account data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy
  • Google (OAuth) - optional sign-in via Google account. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email. We do not receive your Google password or payment information. Google Privacy Policy

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing the data they process. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

5. What We Will Never Share or Publish

We are committed to protecting your personal details. We will never:

  • Publish or share your home address, service address, or any location information
  • Display your phone number or email address publicly
  • Post your vehicle's license plate number in any media
  • Sell your personal information to third parties
  • Use your information for purposes beyond those described in this policy without your consent

6. Data Retention

We retain your booking and account information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as dispute resolution).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time (reply STOP)
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS-only connections, access controls, and secure database infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We never store payment card information - payments are processed directly through our payment provider.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
