By accessing rpmdetailing.vip or booking any service with RPM Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or scheduling an appointment.

1. Services & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are starting prices and represent the minimum cost for a given service on an average vehicle in standard condition. Final pricing is determined after a visual inspection of the vehicle and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, level of contamination, and any add-on services requested.

We reserve the right to adjust quoted pricing prior to beginning work if the vehicle's condition materially differs from what was described at the time of booking. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Services currently offered include but are not limited to: exterior detail, interior detail, ceramic coating, paint correction, and various add-on services. Service availability is subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments are available Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. The earliest available booking slot is 9:30 AM. We limit appointments to a maximum of three (3) per calendar day to ensure quality of service; this limit is subject to change at our discretion.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a written or SMS confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

You agree to provide accurate contact information, vehicle details, and a valid phone number at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and appointment changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated and may be subject to a reasonable cancellation fee if that fee was disclosed to you before confirmation or before work begins.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us through the booking confirmation link sent to you or reach out directly via our website. Cancellations or changes are not considered confirmed until you receive written or SMS acknowledgment from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and no cancellation fee will apply.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to remit payment may result in legal action and additional fees.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve a dispute may be contested. We maintain records of all work performed, including before-and-after documentation.

5. Content, Media & Intellectual Property

By booking a service with RPM Detailing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to photograph and/or record your vehicle during and after the detailing process for the purposes of portfolio documentation, marketing, social media promotion, and quality review, unless you explicitly notify us in writing before your appointment that you do not consent to media capture.

What we will never publish:

• Your home address, business address, or any location information
• Your license plate number or any identifying registration details
• Your personal contact information (name, phone, email)
• Any interior contents of your vehicle

All media published by RPM Detailing will feature the vehicle only, with no personally identifiable information visible. You may request removal of any published media featuring your vehicle at any time by contacting us directly, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from channels we control.

All website content, branding, logos, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of RPM Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled appointment time
• Remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to service
• Disclose any known pre-existing damage to the vehicle's exterior or interior before service begins
• Not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading booking information

RPM Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage that was not disclosed prior to service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPM Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper prior repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RPM Detailing and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
